I’m Michael Bernardi, and I work with older adults and their families to help navigate the practical details of life with a hospitality-first mindset.
Whether that means coordinating appointments, navigating the nuances of the healthcare system, helping families stay aligned, organizing important information, or making sure nothing slips through the cracks, I provide reliable, hands-on support grounded in compassion, respect, and follow-through.
My goal is simple: to help older adults maintain dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible, while giving families peace of mind.
My background combines operational precision with a strong service mindset, both of which are essential in supporting older adults and their families.
Through my experience in pharmacy operations, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of accuracy, communication, discretion, and timely follow-through. I worked within systems where people depended on careful coordination between physicians, pharmacies, care facilities, and insurance providers, often during moments of vulnerability, uncertainty, and stress.
I also worked with older adults and families at Atria Senior Living in Manhattan, where I gained firsthand experience in a high-touch environment centered on dignity, attentiveness, and personal connection. My experience included supporting clients facing a range of age-related challenges, including individuals living with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. That work deepened my understanding of how important it is to remain flexible, and provide support that preserves dignity.
In addition to my professional background, this work is also personal to me. I understand how overwhelming it can be for families to balance concern for an older loved one with the demands of everyday life. I know the value of having someone calm, organized, and trustworthy helping to hold the details together.
My approach is warm, proactive, and highly organized. I believe older adults deserve to feel respected and empowered, and families deserve the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone capable and compassionate is in their corner.

If you are looking for trusted support for an older loved one, I would be honored to connect and discuss how I can help.
The best place to begin is with a short intake form. It takes about 2 minutes and helps me understand your situation so I can be as helpful as possible from the start.
